The Lympha Press® Mini for delivers fully adjustable, sequential compression therapy—from distal to proximal—with user-controlled settings for treatment time (up to 90 minutes) and pressure (20–80 mmHg). Compact and easy to use, it’s ideal for both clinical and home environments.

The Lympha Press® Mini.

The Lympha Press® Mini offers fully pressure controlled sequential treatment, distal to proximal, with user selected time up to 90 minutes and pressure from 20-80mmHg. Device is easy to operate and ideal for both clinic or home use.

Indications & Contraindications

Indications:

Lympha Press® Mini is intended for use by medical professionals, and patients who are under medical supervision, in treating:

  • Primary lymphedema

  • Secondary lymphedema

  • Chronic venous insufficiency

  • Chronic edema

  • Venous stasis ulcers

  • Post mastectomy edema

  • Traumatic edema

  • Lipedema

  • Reduction of wound healing time

  • Reduction of pain and swelling after injury and surgery

The device is intended for hospital, home, and clinic use.

Contraindications:

Lympha Press® Mini system should not be used in the presence of one or more of the following conditions:

  • Known or suspected deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism

  • During the inflammatory phlebitis process

  • Active skin or limb infection/inflammatory disease (acute cellulitis, other uncontrolled skin or untreated inflammatory skin disease)

  • Decompensated cardiac failure (acute pulmonary edema, decompensated heart failure)

  • Severe arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular disease

  • Any circumstance where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable

Due to movement of fluids in the body when using the system, exercise caution when using on patients with heart disease. High pressure is not recommended for patients who have peripheral occlusion disease. The abdominal area should not be treated during pregnancy.
